Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Perfect10 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Perfect10.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these Terms. The Service is available worldwide, although some features may be restricted by local laws.

3. Account & Security

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• Close your account anytime via settings or support@perfect10.com

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• 7-day free trial (no card required)
• Billed in advance; annual plans receive 15% discount
• All fees non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

• Track customer health and churn risk
• Send NPS/CSAT surveys
• Integrate with your CRM and other tools

Prohibited activities include spam, illegal use, scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing accounts beyond limits.

6. Your Data

• You own your data 100%
• We never sell it or share with competitors
• We do not use your data to train AI for others
• You may export or delete your data anytime

You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers and complying with privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Perfect10 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant a limited, revocable license for internal business use only.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination:

• Access ends immediately
• Data is deleted after 30 days
• You remain liable for unpaid fees

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Perfect10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware, USA law. US customers agree to binding arbitration (JAMS) in Delaware, with a 30-day opt-out period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Notification will be via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
