Accounts

Key Information Tracked

• Company name and primary contact
• Contract value and renewal dates
• Health score (how satisfied they are)
• Churn risk score (likelihood they'll leave)

Adding a New Account

1. Go to Accounts in the main menu
2. Click "Add Account"
3. Fill in the required information: Account name, Primary contact details, Contract details, Account owner
4. Click "Save"

Importing Multiple Accounts

From CSV

1. Go to Accounts → Import
2. Download the CSV template
3. Fill in your account data
4. Upload the completed file
5. Review and confirm

From CRM

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
3. Select which accounts to sync
4. Click "Start Sync"

Archiving Accounts

When an account churns or is no longer active:

1. Open the account
2. Click "Archive Account"
3. Confirm

Archived accounts are hidden from your main view but data is preserved for reporting.
