Example Workflow

Creating a Workflow

1. Go to Settings → Workflows
2. Click "Create Workflow"
3. Choose a trigger: Survey response received, Low score detected, Account health changes, Renewal approaching, Custom event
4. Add actions: Send survey, Create alert, Update account, Create note, Call webhook, Send email, Send Slack notification
5. Configure each action
6. Click "Save & Activate"
