Pre-Built Segments

• High-Value Accounts (>$50K contracts)
• At-Risk Accounts (red or yellow health)
• Renewal in 60 Days
• New Customers (< 90 days old)
• Champions (scores consistently 9-10)

Creating a Custom Segment

1. Go to Segments → "Create Segment"
2. Name your segment
3. Add filters: Contract Value, Health Status, Industry, Contract End Date, Tags, Custom Fields
4. Choose segment type: Dynamic (updates automatically) or Static (fixed list)
5. Click "Save"
